Tillbury Business Networks builds and maintains FreeBSD based servers to meet your office’s resource sharing needs. FreeBSD is a free unix operating system designed for high performance and reliability and is used by such Internet sites as Yahoo and Hotmail.
Our servers will provide your office with:
Intranet Web Site. Provide your company with an internal web site where you can post often referenced documents and information in a colaborative and familiar web based environment. Further extend your intranet site by using existing web based applications or develop your own using industry standard programming languages. (eg. Perl, Python, php, ASP etc.)
File Sharing. Share your existing documents and make them easily and securely available to co-workers. A centrally organized file repository is a more efficient and secure solution than having your documents isolated on individual's desktop computers. Files shared on FreeBSD servers are accessible to Linux and Windows desktops and FreeBSD servers will also inter-operate with existing Windows NT servers.
Internet Services. Now or in the future should your office have a dedicated Internet connection, our servers are available configured with firewall and proxy services to help protect your internal resources.
